To qualify for this program, you must:

• have a net worth of at least C$1600,000, including personal and business net worth such as properties, bank balances, business worth, cars, bonds, shares etc. acquired through lawful economic activities.
• have a minimum of two years management experience in a profitable and legal business.
• sign an investment agreement with the Government of Canada. You would be required to place an investment deposit of at least C$800,000 (refundable) for a period of five years with the Canadian Government. If you wish, we may arrange a loan of C$400,000 by an authorized Canadian Bank to finance your investments. However, you must pay the interest against your loan in advance that is amounting to CD$200,000 to $220,000 approx.
  
  

Other mandatory requirements for Investors:
Requirement to undergo a medical examination:

You must pass a medical examination before coming to Canada. Your dependants must also pass a medical examination even if they are not coming to Canada with you. Applications for permanent residence will not be accepted if an applicant’s health:

• is a danger to public health or safety, or
• would cause excessive demand on health or social services in Canada

Criminal and security checks:

If you have a criminal record, you may not be allowed to enter Canada. People who pose a risk to Canada’s security are not allowed to come to Canada either. If you want to immigrate to Canada, you and any family members over the age of 18 who come to Canada with you must provide police certificates to the visa office.

ADVANTAGES OF APPLYING AS AN IMMIGRANT INVESTOR

1. Unconditional permanent residence visa for the complete family unit with a right to apply for a Canadian citizenship after three years.

7. You may choose at any time after your landing in Canada to obtain a loan ranging between $200,000 to $800,000 against you investment.
8. Once you land in Canada, you may sponsor your relatives such as parents, brothers, sisters etc.
9. Once become a Canadian citizen, you may travel to U.K, U.S.A, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and most of other countries without the need of a visa
